CF480 only prints full page pictures

Hi

I have a CF480 and I am trying to print pictures using the windows fac ility but no matter how many times a I try, the only option available is to print  full page photo.  No other options exist.  If i change the destination to other options, all print formats appear!

Do I need to install extra drivers for it to work.

I am using Windows 10.

Is it this model you've got? If so, and if you're still having this issue, have you installed all of the necessary software/drivers? You'll be able to find them all on the Support page there under 'Downloads'.
