Hi,
Just bought a new C27R500FHR monitor and it turned out that there is a problem with it - part of the screen is darker than the rest :
Tried to:
-remove the power cable for a minute then plug it again
-refit the HDMI cable
-test it with another cable
-reset the monitor
No change - the issue still persists. Please advise how to resolve the problem
