Have you also managed to check for any software updates for your Book2 Pro 360?

Please let me know whether there is an update (or perhaps even a few updates...when factoring in the Samsung updates) available and, if so, whether installing it/these resolves the issue.

Hi! So, I've already installed all the available updates for the GB2P360, but the issue persists.
After my post, I once again reinstalled the sound and bluetooth drivers, and now I don't have the issue of only one earbud working. Now, they both go deaf together after a while.
