So I need to book a repair for my monitor (dead pixels) and on the first page of the repair process it asks me for my product. That's fine, I select monitor. It then asks me for my S/N, that's also fine, I enter that. It then asks for the model, so I type in the model code (starting with LC) but it acts like I never entered it, it just says below that it needs the model number to identify the product and the 'Continue' button remains greyed out. I cannot proceed with the repair process even though I am entering both the S/N and the model code.
