book 4 pro 360 book4 Ultra n-key rollover limitation keyboard ghosting problem

Hi, I need AHK to simulate VIM operation , to I remap Capslcok to F15 ,and Now ,when I press F15 ,will do Escape function like Esc Key.

and then I will make F15 +h to left move , F15 +L will one charactor move right . and F15+i = home , F15 + o = End ,

these are ok.

Now I will make F15 + Shift + i = shift+ Home, it is Ok,
But  F15 +shift + o will not work like Shift+ End , so I get the conclusion is , samsung book4  pro 360 and ultra have keyboard ghosting proglem .

and there are some other key will have same problem. 

how can I solve this problem?

Hi! Welcome to the Samsung Members community!

I would advise plugging in an external keyboard to see if this is a keyboard fault or a software issue. If it works fine on another keyboard you can rule this as a ghosting issue with the pc

Hi， I have  test extral machine keyboard,  it is good , so the problem is samsung laptop keyborad problem. 

how can I solve this ,  it is very badly to get the result.

Im not sure you can fix ghosting without a repair. May be worth contacting samsung

While you can't completely "fix" a laptop keyboard with ghosting issues unless you replace the keyboard itself, you can sometimes mitigate the problem by cleaning the keyboard thoroughly and updating your keyboard drivers.

Hi, thanks for you suggestion, and I think I will not fix it ,and even samsung , so I will forget this problem.
