Have you ever stumbled upon a post describing a problem you've experienced yourself? Now, you can easily let us know by tapping “I have this problem too” on a post in the products category of our Community. This feature allows members to signal that they've encountered similar issues, providing valuable feedback to Samsung, the original poster and others experiencing the same problem.

Pop-Up Tour
New to our Community? Not sure where to start or want a refresher on useful Community features? Our Pop-Up Tour is here to help! This interactive guide walks you through the key features of our Community landing page, giving you a quick overview of everything from the search functionality to recent contests. Whether you're a seasoned member or a newcomer, this tour is a great way to familiarise yourself with all the tools at your disposal. As a side note, you won’t be able to see the tour if you exit from it.
