Software install Data Migration

Recently bought a 970 EVO Plus M.2 SSD, and I had all my previous data stored in a 860 EVO SATA SSDwanted to transfer all my games and OS to the new one so it would boot faster. I had no problem while connecting it, but when i installed the Samsung Data Migration Software it appears the error "cannot open file 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Samasung\Samsung Data Migration\Logs\log_sdm.txt', the process does not have access to the file because it is being used by other process". But I searched the Windows task manager and it doesn't say anithing about that file. I've uninstalled the program and reinstalled it several times with the same result.

What can I do?

Then choose option 1 -> option 6.
