Is it just me or is the this laptop a horrible device. Just so you understand, these are all the issues I face with this laptop:
- Battery dies almost every night even when fully charged when in sleep mode.
- Horrible battery life in general, lasts for 4 - 5 hours MAX with basic websurfing. Mind you I have always used battery protect to PROTECT my battery.
- "Seemless" connect is most definitely not seemless. Almost always have trouble connecting my Samsung ear buds. ( normal one and the pro)
- Every 1,5 -2 months i randomly can't login to my laptop. So i have to reset my password.
- fingerprint sensor is not reliable. Some days it just refuses to detect it for some odd reason.
- face ID never even worked.
- Quickshare is bad to put it lightly.
And I can go on and on.
Point is, I have been a loyal customer for quite some time, but this not the only device i have from Samsung that doesn't work.
Funny thing is i asked for a repair service and they didn't come pick up my laptop.
No notice, nothing.
If my laptop issues do not get resolved this will be the last thing i buy.
