Hello how to disable this talkback tutorial and to return on the normal screen because i dont have any disabilities. for now i cannot use my phone it is now one week.

Safe Mode function. In safe mode,
your phone will not run any apps
third party. This allows you to identify and
easily remove the app that may be at
the origin of the problem.
Important: when exiting the mode
safe, some of your options of
customization (wallpapers, themes, etc.)
can be reset to default.
Enabling safe mode is just as easy
sure. First, turn off completely
the phone. Then turn on the phone and
when the Samsung logo appears, press
the volume down key and hold it
depressed. If done correctly, "Mode
safe" is displayed in the lower left corner
of the screen. If "Safe Mode" does not appear,
repeat the steps above.

To exit safe mode, reboot
