Samsung A71 won't charge

Hello team, my phone won't charge the charger works well and charging port same when i plugged into pc with usb cabel its charging but with cabel charging doesn't i hope that someone can fix my problem.

i tried and the same problem, when i connect on pc it charge but pops up alert notification that the device is not working properly and have some problems

Try to restart your phone. Maybee that can help and try to charge the phone but with the phone completely off. If the phone charge when it is off then its a software problem !!

Thanks for your response, it doesn't charge and when its turned off, when i connect phone on pc then charging works but says that the windows can't recognize the device

It's normal if the phone is off windows can't recognise him don't worry for that. Maybee you need to reset your phone.

Try to start the phone when is charging on the PC and look if the charge stay when the phone is on

First when this happened is two days ago and when i was plugged phone to charge its says
USB CONNECTION NOT SUPPORTED in notification tab
