Écran vert S7 edge Always on display

Bonjour,

La fonction Always on Display sur mon smartphone S7 edge ne fonctionne plus. En l'écrivant, j'ai un écran vert. A noter qu'avec une autre application téléchargée  (Always on AMOLED), tout fonctionne bien. Je suppose donc qu'il ne s'agit pas d'un problème d'écran.

Suis-je le seul à qui cela arrive 1 mois et demi après mon achat ?

Si il y a une solution, je suis preneur !

If your screen is turning green, the display is defective and needs to be replaced. 

Reste l'espoir que les manips suivantes soient couronnées de succés:

Some users have found that hard resetting the phone by pressing and holding the Power and Volume down buttons can fix the green screen issue, but only temporarily.

Another workaround you can try is to go into the AMOLED settings and try a different mode. Go into Settings > Display > Screen mode and select AMOLED Photo or Basic to see if your problem is solved. This also sometimes works if you have strange green or purple bands showing up on your screen.
