I recently recieved my free galaxy buds and smart tag via the claim from pre ordering the galaxy S21. The claim was advertised as "Galaxy buds pro and smart tag" but I have recieved the "Galaxy buds live". It seems as though Samsung has cheaper out on the offer that was advertised as the is quite a difference in price and quality in the two products. I would like to know whether this was a mistake and if so how I go about getting the product that was advertised.
