i'm trying to update my blu-ray firmware manully but i can't find the model name of it to search it

We can see from the pictures you have sent us that the model code is written on a sticker on the back of the machine. It is: HT-E4551K  :smileyhappy:

so why i'm not able to find this model in download section for updating my frame ware?
