we need to download an add on to help you get the most from your soundbar

I've just bought the Samsung q80r soundbar, it's been detected and added to smart things.

When I click on it in smart things, I get the message in the subject above. But after clicking download, I get the following message. 

Couldn't download. Contact us for help.

Soundbar is connected to tv and working. Any ideas?
