Video quality and sound on S21 Ultra

I have an issue when I take a video with sound and send it to another person or upload to facebook the video is horrible and the sound is all jumbled.  This is a new phone so what is the issue?

It's the compression that these services use, not a phone issue. To send and view files without compression, using a file sharing app is a wise move.
