Delivery driver claim item was delivered whilst property was empty-
This very disappointing service by such reputable company, as you have not looked at the notes of my complaint about the delivery and sent me congratulating e-mail.
First call Samsung customer service: 06/06/2020 at around 2:30PM Response- Someone will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours
Second call Samsung customer service: 08/06/2020 at around 12:30PM - Response - It's been upgraded to urgent and you should get someone calling you back by the afternoon.
Third call Samsung customer service: 09/06/2020 at around 15:45PM - Response - It's not clear on the system but assured me that he will get back to me by the afternoon or call tomorrow
Fourth call Samsung customer service: 10/06/2020 at around 13:45PM - Response - It needs investigating and wait 24 hours but it could take 2 weeks or longer
