TV, Soundbar and Sky Q box lip sync issues

Hi I have just bought a QE75Q75TATXXU TV and a HW S-60T/XU soundbar.

I have connected a Sky q box to the TV with an HDMI cable and also the sound bar to the TV with an HDMI cable.

When i change the sky Q box to Dolby Digital or Dolby Digital plus i get the lip sync issue

I'm considering sending it all back

I see you didn't get a reply - any success solving your problem? I have a similar problem with my Sky Q box.
