how do you get the Samsung soundbar Q950A to turn the Samsung Q80A on and off by voice though the soundbar it turns the tv off but not off but when I ask Alexa to turn the tv on it response is ok. I'm at a complete loss any help on this issue would be fantastic thanks in advance.
