I have a 2019 Samsung The Frame and just bought a third generation Fire TV Stick. All works well except for Sky Glass 4K movies which either just come up as sound only but mainly just a blank screen. I have 300MB broadband which translates to 98MB wifi on speed test in settings on the screen. What can I do?
