SWA-8500 wireless router not pairing with HWQ67CT soundbar

Need help because Samsung L1 support is completely incapable of understanding the problem.

Tried all of the suggested steps to pair the wireless speaker device with the sound bar (id set on bar, reaet on wireless box, power all down, check wires) but the light continues to blink blue then ultimately goes back to red. Can anyone help or is it just a faulty wireless device?

I take it you've already reset the soundbar as well ?

Yes, did that as well. Wireless device blinks blue, seemingly trying to connect but eventually goes back yo steady red.

Can't think of anything else that might help you. Might be a hardware fault . Can you return it ?

That's basically where I'm at with the issue. I think I need to return the entire soundbar/woofer bundle because I understand that the components are supposedly manufactured to pair with each other.
