Lately I had a problem that I couldn't listen to music etc. But I could hear my ringtone when someone called

If anyone has this problem you can just reset your phone

Maybe you have - Media Volume - down to zero.
Just search for Media Volume using the search in the pull down menu

I didnt. I put it up to max

Is there a Mute option somewhere you have overlooked then maybe?

did you have headphones in when you were listening to music?

also if you were to reset your phone, the problem could just come back again
