Soundbar subwoofer connection help

Hello,

I'm going mad trying to connect a soundbar and subwoofer.

I had a HW-J450 soundbar. The associated subwoofer broke. I then purchased a secondhand PS-WD450 subwoofer. I've been trying to manually connect using remote mute button. Subwoofer blue light won't stop flashing. Please Help!! Thanks

@Robin32: If the blue LED light does not stop blinking when the main unit and subwoofer are turned on, please set the ID by following the steps on page 17 of the user manual.

It may be the case that the replacement subwoofer is not compatible, therefore if the issue persists following the above steps, then please reach out to our Help Desk on 0333 000 0333 to arrange for the original subwoofer to be inspected and repaired.
