Soundbar R530 to Sky Q - TV doesn't have ARC

Hi,

I have a slightly older Bush LCD TV without HDMI ARC (just 2 HDMI ports) and no optical connection.  Would it be possible to link the R530 Soundbar to my Sky Q box and get the sound that way as we only use the TV for that?
