Soundbar q930b no sound

Since today my soundbar gives no sound anymore. It connects perfect with tv or other devices but no sound. Not by bluetooth, tv or wifi.

I tried to update the firmware but it keeps on hanging on '0% initialising'.

Also spacefit sound doesnt work, because it says there is no mic activated...

You see in app, speaker, under volume, is crossed out/muted. Tap on the speaker maybe that helps.

Happened to me too from Fri 3rd Feb for my Q700B. Turns on, can identify input, but no sound. Not muted. TV hdmi e-arc port and hdmi cables verified good.

Autoupdates were turned on. Bad firmware update? Can't get it to update manually, hangs at 0% initialising.

Exactly same issue. Also autoupdates turned on. Which firmware version do you have?

Similar issue here. I have the q910b soundbar. Samsung tv has just stopped recognizing the speaker in my earc port and even when both the speaker and tv are set to the right input, the sound will keep playing from the tv. I've reset everything and it hasn't worked

Just experienced this issue. As per the original post, cable connected, soundbar connected. No sound. Turned tv and soundbar on and off, still same issue. I will keep looking for a solution.
I have a q930b since a week.

My issue got fixed after I unplugged the power cable for 10 seconds. After this, the sound came back and formware update ran
