Did Samsung make any "update software" changes recently?
I've got Home Cinema FT5550 and TVUE406800.
Everything is working great, except seeing my external USB HDDs. BD and TV are not seeing the 3TB&4TB hdd's anymore. Both stopped at the same time more or less. The hdds I have since a few years and never had a problem before. I reseted the settings, connected again, updated software, formated hdd's and... they are visible now, but only 2TB size. I've tried all configurations, NTFS, exFAT etc. Now the HDDs are visible, but only 2TB. Any idea why? What happened?
I've checked the latest support software here and for my ft5550 available is version 1023, which is the same as I can see on my TV screen.
What can I do to have a full access to my HDDs again?
I was thinking to go back to the main, factory settings, but I'm not sure anymore.
