My Samsung Soundbar HW K430 cycles to maximum volume as soon as I turn it on. It is not recognised on the SmartThings app. I can’t find any firmware updates. I’ve turned it on and off many times. I have two remotes as I ordered a second one thinking that may be the issue. I have a chainsaw and a lump hammer. Seems a shame but if the f#%king thing won’t do what it is designed for I’m at a loss.
