Just installed the above sound system. Great except that the sync of the voice to the movement of the mouth is not correct and the voice is lagging. Suggestions? TV = QLED QE55Q85R - connection using HDMI ARC to ARC from the Samsung console to the soundbar. Thank you
Hi have the same problem. I have worked through all of the TV settings and it just does not line up. Does anyone else have a solution? I've read that this is just a problem with sound bars- seems obscene considering the cost
