Sound from TV and HT-J4500 system

Hi

Samsung TV and Samsung HT-J4500 entertainment system both outputting sound at the same time. Also TV remote not controlling both devices as normal 

Any ideas?

Our original HT-J4500 had loop issue so we purchased another of same model.

Could you let us know the model number of your TV? You'll be able to locate this at the back of the screen, or by heading into Settings > Support > Contact Samsung. Also, what connection are you using? Bluetooth or wireless?
