I've a HW-R550 sound bar. There's lag issues so I thought updating the software via SmartThings might help. But the app can't connect to the sound bar. It works fine when connecting to my Samsung TV.
My phone is an iphone X.
I checked my phone will connect to the sound bar via bluetooth as if I was going to play music through it. I then asked my phone to "forget" the sound bar per the SmartThings apps trouble shooter. But still no connection. I tried switching both devices on/off but still no connection.
Any suggestions as to how I can connect? Or alternatively sort the lag issue?
