So I bought a Samsung Sound Bar MS550 and every time i switch it on it starts at level 60 so it’s super loud. This does it with Bluetooth, HDMI and optical inputs. With the hdmi and optical input it keeps dropping out and going to level 60 again. Bluetooth connects perfectly but again it goes to 60 every time I switch it on.
the help team weren’t very helpful and keep dodging if it’s a warranty issue so I can get a replacement.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
