Samsung TV UE65NU7172 + Apple TV 4K + Sonos ARC + 2xSonos Play:1 - Dolby Digital Plus

Hello,

I have this setup:

Apple TV - HDMI - Samsung UE65NU7172 - HDMI (ARC) - Sonos Arc+2xPlay:1

In the TV I see that Bitstream is chosend and als Dolby Digital. The TV should support also Dolby Digital Plus, however, it is grayed out all the time.

As far as I know, all devices I have connected should support Dolby Digital Plus. How can I activate it or how can I test it? Any idea?

I have exactly the same issue with the same setup but my Samsung model is UE65MU7000. Cannot get Atmos or DD+ working on AppleTV, Blu-ray (using Ps3). The ARC wont work on any other HDMI input
