Samsung SWA-8500S/ZA - Radically Disappointed In Rear Speaker Kit !

Dear Reader 

Recently I purchased an 85 Inch TV and a Home Theater System 

Soundbar, Woofer and Rear Speaker Kit

Frankly, all works well EXCEPT these speakers 

Even though they are in surround sound mode and the Soundbar and Woofer work well, no matter how high I increase the rear speaker kit, they are like a whisperer rather than speakers.

And yes we have entered the menu, cycled to rear speakers and jacked up to full volume 

So my question is HOW can I create a home theater system from this and can I replace the 8500 with something more powerful and or what is compatible as this is an extreme disappointment.

What soundbar is it if it is a Samsung you either connect it from your TV
Go to Settings>Devices or Sound and find your speaker
I have a 2016 Samsung smart TV

Hi mate, Sound Effect should be Surround.(Display will show you SURROUND when you toggle the cog wheel on the remote..)

If still not, maybe you can get a bit louder surrounds as I did following next.
Turn the sound bar off and press the source button(a Square with an arrow for changing the source) on the sound bar.
When the sound bar turns on, change the effect to SURROUND pressing the cog wheel on your remote.
Repeat this if you want to turn this off.
