Samsung soundbar Q80R sub woofer problem

Hi all,

i have just got a new LG TV and sky Q box. I do t know if something is set up incorrectly as several things have changed but my subwoofer is mega quiet now and I think it may be faulty. I have updated the firmware and reset and reconnected the subwoofer and checked all the setting S on tv and sky but can’t make a difference. The sound bar works fine but the sub woofer is quiet although it’s got a solid blue light so is paired.

im using eARC  and have tried sources from YouTube and Sky but no boom boom !

has anyone got any thoughts?

subwoofer seems quiet but it only loud when there is certain content you are watching like gun fire or bass music, just put you hand on the subwoofer while watching something you ll feel the beat👍🏽
