samsung soundbar Q60T cannot hold sound via ARC/HDMI to my samsung tv series 7100

I bought this soundbar and when turning the TV on, sound comes perfectly for 10 seconds and then disappears. I can see my tv and soundbar remotes are connected thru Anynet+ so not sure why sound is lost. Only way so far these two devices works is via digital optical cord. Any suggestions to fix the HDMI ARC/TV connection? Thanks.

Model number: UN60F7100AFXZA

I am using the HDMI cable provided with the sound bar and tested with other devices and works fine. I connected that cable from Hdmi-Arc soundbar port to Tv Arc hdmi port but loses sound after 10".

Please advise.

I have the similar issue however mine seems to switch between the D.IN but is connected to the HDMI ARC. My Bluetooth to my cell works flawlessly however My model number is in the image attached.
