Samsung Soundbar Issue

My S60T has Alexa built in. It is linked and appears to be working and listening when we say “Alexa” but doesn’t actually respond. It’s just quiet for a moment then the led lights turn off. Any ideas how to correct?  Thank you!

Hi - this response may not work.

Check in Alexa app if it's linked with your Alexa account. If it is, you can make sure it hears you by doing the following:

- Alexa App >Settings.
- Settings > Voice
