My new S60T soundbar keeps disconnecting from my new 7 series TV. Both are on the same WIFI network - the wireless access point is in the same room. Sometimes when the sound is coming from the S60T it disconnects and then no sound at all - i have to then either rest the soundbar or use the speakers on the TV. There must be an easy fix for this surely!!!

What's the model code and software version of your TV? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.

I resolve my issue but using an optical cable connecting the TV to the sound bar. Interestingly when I use the remote to increase/decrease the volume, the volume status doesn't show on the TV - only thing that shows is that the sound is coming from an optically connected device - odd. As for the WIFI connectivity, I know there is no issue with the home WIFI.
