My samsung AKG headphones keep turning down to zero everytime they are used.  I have used my wireless enacfire earphones and do not have the same issue. Its is very annoying, I have rebooted the phone but it continues and has been for ages. Any ideas?

@hodds: When the issue occurs, can you go to Settings > Sound and Vibration > Volume, and check your Media volume slider to see if it is still at a suitable level? If it is, are you able to try the AKG headphones with another compatible device to see if the issue persists?

I've checked the slider and that is OK and not at a high level. I don't have another compatible device due to the connector on the headphones
