Samsung R1 wireless speaker updates

Hi, 

im having issues updating my firmware of one of my two R1 speakers, one updated without issues and the other one won't update, currently stuck on 3108.08.

yes, I have done a hard reset with the mode button, but this didn't help or solve my issue to update.

Could you give some more info? How were you updating the firmware (e.g. through the Multiroom app)? And where did you buy the speakers from?

Bought both speakers in Aug from Richard Sounds.

Yes, I'm trying to update via the app. I am using the new updated app, before I get asked which app.

Thanks for the photo! 

Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the Multi-room app? Then connecting the R1 Speaker, that's having trouble updating, to the app alone and trying to update it again?
