Ordered the soundbar, delivered yesterday, set up went great and Alexa worked - ONCE.
Now it will not work at all.
Has anyone had this issue? And how did you resolve it.

not sure if it works. Also it worked for me. It won’t harm as it’s just their system file.

Does this have anything to do with the mic being off when I click “space for” sound and it tells me the mic is off? How do you even turn it on if so?

Hey guys.
First thing first. Is these files make the soundbar to answer to "Alexa, what time is it"? Or just makes it get integrated to Alexa and then could be controlled through e.g. another Echo Dot device?
If it's the latter then it already works for me. Forget the rest.
If it's the former - i.e. it answers to Alexa call without a need to another Amazon device - then it's my problem. Whatever I do, I don't think these files get written to my soundbar. I tried with two USB drives (bth FAT32) and at best case I get `No Data`. I turned on/off, even unplugged and replugged... nothing happens after deregister and re-register to Amazon Alexa.
Can someone explain in detail (yes please even minor unimportant details).
Thanks.

Does this allow you to talk to the soundbar without an echo device and say stuff like Alexa play music?

Just chiming in here - a very “duh” moment but mine wasn’t working because I had accidentally turned the mic off. It’s one of the buttons on the top of the sound bar.

Same boat as you, dude. Tried all that. Nothing.

Any recommended specification on the size of the flash drive? I've seen rumors that it has to / should be under a certain size? My 64gb ain't working. Get the NO DATA warning.

Hello, so with these files the problem has been solved? I don't trust much to update
