Samsung Q900A no sound from subwoofer.

I have tried re-pairing the sub woofer to soundbar, updated the form wear and checked all setting to ensure bass is up to try and get some noise from the subwoofer. This is a new, out of the box soundbar/subwoofer that shows it is paired with a solid blue light. Soundbar works fine, playing music on different inputs, but not a flicker from the subwoofer (even with music cranked up). Support is needed asap or this is being returned.

Try below

Make sure that the ARC feature of your audio device is set to ON or AUTO. Verify that sound is output from the TV after turning on the TV and then the audio device. Make sure that your audio device is set to TV input. Change the TV audio output setting to PCM and check whether sound is output

Thanks for the reply, I have worked through all trouble shooting. Resetting and re-pairing subwoofer to soundbar. A service visit has been scheduled after working through service support
