my Samsung Q800B as stop working it keeps disconnecting from Samsung TV Qe65qn95batxxu TVs have tried to restart reboot both tv and sounder the bar comes on for a few seconds then gos back th TV Sound please Help

If you are using a cable, try an alternative cable. If using BT, forget and set up the pairing again.

HW-Q800B has various way to connect with Samsung TV.

HDMI cable is the most supported in functions and secure from wireless interferences. (Optical cable would be similar but there is the limitation of supported channels up to 5)

Wi-Fi is better than BT in the drop-out by interference and sound quality as well. 

All in all, Wireless is convenience and clean without complicated wire connection but losing connection and audio dropout may occur due to wireless interference or weak signal reception.  Your choice is up to you.
