Hi all, hoping someone can help with this.
So I just purchased the Q60T which is replacing my old HW-F550 2.1 soundbar.
On my old soundbar it was extremely powerful and loud, I could set the volume to 13 and no more as it would be too loud.
On the new Q60T I have to set the sound volume at 20 to get decent sound/volume to be on par with the previous soundbar I had.
After speaking with Samsung support, resetting the new soundbar, trying different cables, I connected my galaxy s10 to the soundbar via Bluetooth with no hdmi connected and the sound volume was exactly like it was on my old soundbar, any louder than 13 and it was really loud.
So I thought great it works perfect via my S10 but not through hdmi to the TV, my TV is 1yr old 55" series 7 4k Samsung so I don't get why the sound is so awful when connected to hdmi but not via Bluetooth.
Anyone with this same soundbar have any issues like this and any resolution/fixes?
