I have a brand new Samsung HW-Q950T  bought today and have spent a whole day trying to set it up with my TCL TV (75C2US).  The soundbar doesnt seem to recognize the arc mode and it just stays with D.IN without recognizing the TV. It's a disappointment. Before you mention it could be a TV issue, i have enabled T-Link and CEC in

Also, arc seems to be working with other soundbars, so seems to be a problem with Arc support/firmware? 

 

Firmware is the latest 1017.5  Appreciate if you could provide a fix/workaround for the issue asap.

Hope you have it working now. If so, how are you finding it it with gaming? Apparently, despite it being the flagship model its not LPCM compatible meaning it doesn't work properly with games consoles, current and future. Its on a lot of forums but seemingly ignored by Samsung to date.
