On 25th January I bought Q930B soundbar that was offered with cashback promotion from Samsung.
When today I tried to register my claim, all I get it was error saying that my serial number is incorrect.
I check it more that 5 times, checked the box, soundbar itself - serial number I entered was correct.
Anyone had similar problem lately? Is there anyone that I can reach out to solve this issue?
