Samsung harmonkardon

Hey guys new to this but help needed please .

i bought two new sound bars Samsung Harmon kardon and the blue tooth connection on the rear speakers keeps dropping out .

one day can be fine next they are flashing and go red or one connects and the other doesn't .

the two kits are doing the same so I don't think units are faulty .

the sound bars are connected to the TVs via hdmi arc connection .

i have reset everything and reconnected but still the same .
