@chuckcharl: For clarity are you referring to the Galaxy Buds? Also, please can you confirm the model number of the TV you're wanting to connect them to, and I will look into this further for you.
@chuckcharl: No problem. If your earbuds have not been paired to another device, simply open the case to put them into pairing mode. If they are already paired to another device, insert them into your ears and hold both touchpads for a few seconds until they enter pairing mode. One the TV, head to Settings > Sound > Sound Output > Bluetooth Speaker List, and select the Buds from here. I hope this helps.
