Samsung Galaxy Buds, right earbud stopped working

So,  2-3days ago, i triend using both of the earbuds, but the right earbud doesnt connect at all. 

I have Tried reseting them, and putting them back on the case, and cleaning them. But the result is the same, everything is upto date. Samsung galaxy wearables only shows that left earbud is connected.

I took them to the samsung repair shop or something, and they fixed it for free
