Samaung HW-Q60t

Today i brought the HW-Q60T soundbar and subwoofer, the subwoofer bearly makes any sound and has a crackling noise? Bluetooth Connected and connected to tv via optical cable. This is very disappointing for a product thats supposed to be good quality! Can someone please help before i return the product

i read that it needs a update, look up via google hw-q60t update. takes u to a samsung link

Hello Andy 

I do have this product and the rear speakers SWA 8500S

It works very well 

On the remote you can adjust de sound level from 1 to 80 (90????) Never ever been over 35

And the subwoofer differential from -6 to +6

You must see the level in the display on the right corner..

Do the firmware update and it solves the audio problems.
It also then allows both TV and soundbar speaker option if you have a Q TV.
problem I find now is that sometimes the soundbar isn't in lip sync when watching live broadcasts!
