Keeps switching to the tv audio or from tv audio to soundbar  audio volume is low connected via arc

Hi the best way I've found is to connect it via the optical cable, that way there's no issues.
& it's a lot simpler.

No you won't need the HDMI once you've connected the optical cable.

Hello all! Not sure how to create a new thread or find my issues. My sound bar pretty much all the time activates Alexa even though we haven’t said anything or anything similar to Alexa has been said. Sound always sounds quieter and have to keep restarting or taking cables out. But recently, all the lights illuminate, not sure why. Any help?
