Thanks tried both plus many other routes countless times, spoke to them this morning no sign if dc adaptor told them i want a new unit sending out told it will take three weeks minimum - sacked it off requested refund bought new one from currys set up and using two hours including driving there and back buying the kit and setting up - ill never buy direct from *****sung again.
